My name is Kyra and this is my work.  I discovered pottery during the COVID pandemic after I lost what I considered my way of life.  I was looking for a sense of normalcy, but I had no idea that it would become such a powerful creative outlet and end up rekindling the love of art I’d quietly carried since childhood.

In a time of upheaval, pottery took me on a transformative journey that helped me reconnect with a long-forgotten part of myself, offering both healing and creative expression.

Much of my inspiration comes from the native garden my husband tends at home. The textures, drawings and carvings reflect the natural world and energy of my surroundings. It’s my way of staying connected—to nature, to creativity, and to myself.
